1. Terms & Conditions

Effective July 11, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the AI Visibility Upgrade™ offered by AIBIZBUILD Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), a federally incorporated Canadian corporation operating at aibizbuild.com. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1.1 The Service

The AI Visibility Upgrade™ is a one-time, fixed-price digital service priced at $497 USD. The service is designed to improve the discoverability and visibility of your business within AI-powered search and recommendation platforms, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity AI, and Google AI Overview.

Deliverables include the installation or provision of structured data assets, including schema markup, metadata configurations, AI-readable content files, and supporting optimization materials, on or for your business's digital presence.

Delivery will be completed within 5–7 business days of receipt of all required intake information from the buyer. See Section 1.11 for intake obligations.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements. Age confirmation is required at checkout.

1.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase. The AI Visibility Upgrade™ is priced at $497 USD as a one-time, non-recurring charge. Ongoing retainer services are governed separately under Section 9 of these Terms.

All prices are listed in USD. International buyers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution.

1.4 No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once purchase is complete. The sole exception to this policy is a Force Majeure Event as defined in Section 7 that renders delivery permanently impossible, in which case a refund for any undelivered portion may be issued at AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s discretion.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, deliverable structures, and branded systems (including THE AI RESET™, AI Visibility Upgrade™, and related proprietary frameworks) are the intellectual property of AIBIZBUILD Inc. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables produced for your specific business only.

You may not resell, sublicense, reproduce, or distribute our deliverable files, frameworks, or methods to third parties.

1.6 Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($497 USD).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

1.7 No Guarantee of Outcome

AI search ranking and recommendation is determined entirely by third-party platforms (Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Perplexity, Anthropic, and others). We do not guarantee specific placement, ranking, citation frequency, or recommendation volume on any platform.

Our service improves the structural readability and entity clarity of your business's digital presence, which is correlated with improved AI discoverability — but outcomes depend on platform algorithms outside our control. Routine changes to platform algorithms are a known and expected condition of AI-powered services and do not affect AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s delivery obligations.

1.8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

International purchasers acknowledge they are entering into a contract with a Canadian corporation and consent to Ontario jurisdiction for any disputes.

1.9 Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at aibizbuild.com/legal. Your continued access to and use of any delivered materials after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via the email address provided at purchase.

1.10 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

1.11 Buyer Intake Obligation

The 5–7 business day delivery window begins only upon receipt of all required intake information from the buyer. Required intake information includes, at minimum: business name, website URL, business address, primary service or product description, and target geography.

If the buyer fails to provide the required intake information within 7 days of purchase, AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s delivery obligation shall be considered fulfilled and no refund shall be issued. Before this clause takes effect, AIBIZBUILD Inc. will send one follow-up email to the address provided at checkout within 3 days of purchase confirming what information is required.

1.12 Termination

AIBIZBUILD Inc. reserves the right to terminate this agreement and revoke the buyer's license to use any delivered materials immediately and without refund if the buyer:

• ›Violates the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 4)
• ›Provides materially false information during intake or purchase
• ›Initiates a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute
• ›Uses the deliverables for any unlawful purpose

Termination does not entitle the buyer to a refund. AIBIZBUILD Inc. will provide written notice of termination to the buyer's email address on file.

2. Service Disclaimer

2.1 Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

AIBIZBUILD Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC, OpenAI, Microsoft Corporation, Anthropic PBC, Perplexity AI, or any other AI platform or search engine. All product names, trademarks, and brand names referenced are the property of their respective owners.

2.2 No Ranking Guarantee

AI language models and AI search platforms determine what businesses they recommend based on their own proprietary algorithms, training data, and ranking signals. These algorithms change frequently and without notice.

We make no promise, representation, or guarantee that your business will appear in any specific AI-generated result, recommendation, or response. Results vary by industry, geography, competition, and platform.

2.3 Results Disclaimer

Any results, case studies, testimonials, or examples referenced on our website or in our marketing materials represent individual outcomes and are not typical. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

2.4 Nature of Service

This service is a digital optimization and structured data service. It is not legal advice, financial advice, marketing consulting, SEO consulting, or technical consulting beyond the scope of AI visibility deliverables.

2.5 Platform Changes

AI platforms evolve rapidly. Optimizations applied today may require updates in the future as platforms change their indexing, training, or recommendation logic. Our one-time service reflects best practices as of the service delivery date and does not include ongoing monitoring or updates unless you are on a paid retainer tier.

3. Privacy Policy

Effective July 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIBIZBUILD Inc. collects, uses, and protects information provided to us through aibizbuild.com and in connection with the AI Visibility Upgrade™.

3.1 Information We Collect

• ›Contact information: name, email address, business name, website URL, phone number (if provided)
• ›Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card number or banking details
• ›Business information: information you provide about your business for service delivery purposes
• ›Usage data: standard web analytics (page visits, referral source)
• ›Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Your IP address is used solely to apply usage limits and prevent abuse of our free tools and AI Visibility Scanner.

3.2 How We Use Your Information

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

• ›Deliver the purchased service
• ›Communicate with you about your order and service status
• ›Send commercial electronic messages about your service and future AIBIZBUILD Inc. products and services — subject to your consent under Section 3.3, and withdrawable at any time
• ›Apply usage limits and prevent abuse of our free tools and AI Visibility Scanner
• ›Comply with legal obligations under applicable law

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3.3 CASL Compliance — Commercial Electronic Messages

AIBIZBUILD Inc. complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). CASL applies to all commercial electronic messages sent to recipients in Canada, regardless of where the sender or buyer is located. By completing your purchase, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from AIBIZBUILD Inc. related to your service and future products and services. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@aibizbuild.com or clicking the unsubscribe link in any message. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of your purchase or these Terms.

3.4 CAN-SPAM Compliance — US Recipients

AIBIZBUILD Inc. complies with the CAN-SPAM Act for all commercial electronic messages sent to recipients in the United States. In accordance with CAN-SPAM:

• ›All commercial emails clearly identify themselves as commercial messages
• ›The subject line of every commercial email accurately reflects the content of the message
• ›Our physical mailing address — 1300-350 Bay St, Toronto, ON M5H 2S6, Canada — is included in every commercial email
• ›Every commercial email includes a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism
• ›Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days
• ›We do not use deceptive headers, false routing information, or misleading sender identification

To opt out of commercial emails, reply UNSUBSCRIBE to any message or email support@aibizbuild.com.

3.5 PIPEDA — Canadian Privacy Law

AIBIZBUILD Inc. complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect personal information for two purposes: (1) to deliver the purchased service and fulfill our legal obligations, and (2) to send commercial electronic messages about AIBIZBUILD Inc. products and services, subject to your consent as described in Section 3.3. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by AIBIZBUILD Inc. by contacting support@aibizbuild.com. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time without affecting the validity of your purchase.

3.6 CCPA — California Privacy Rights (US Buyers)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because we build our privacy practices to the highest standard across all markets, these rights apply to all buyers regardless of location:

• ›Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• ›Right to delete personal information we hold about you
• ›Right to opt out of the sale of your personal information — we do not sell personal information to third parties
• ›Right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@aibizbuild.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by CCPA.

3.7 GDPR — International Buyers (EU/EEA)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following additional rights under GDPR:

• ›Right to access your personal data
• ›Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• ›Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• ›Right to restrict processing
• ›Right to data portability
• ›Right to object to processing

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@aibizbuild.com. We will respond within 30 days.

3.8 Data Retention

We retain your business information and contact details for up to 24 months following your purchase. If you remain an active marketing subscriber beyond that period, we retain your contact information only for as long as necessary to fulfill that ongoing communication relationship, until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of all personal data at any time by emailing support@aibizbuild.com, after which we will cease marketing communications and delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Technical data used for abuse prevention, including IP addresses, is retained for no more than 24 hours.

3.9 Service Providers & International Data Transfers

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate our business, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, artificial intelligence service providers, and email delivery services. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Information you enter into our free tools and scanner is transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence providers in order to generate your results. Do not enter passwords, financial details, health information, or other sensitive personal data into our free tools.

Some of our service providers are located in the United States. Your information may therefore be stored and processed outside Canada, and may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3.10 Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality only. You may disable cookies via your browser settings. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

3.11 Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Effective July 11, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the deliverables and outputs provided as part of the AI Visibility Upgrade™. By purchasing, you agree to comply with this policy.

4.1 Permitted Use

Deliverables provided by AIBIZBUILD Inc. are licensed for use solely in connection with the specific business identified at the time of purchase. Permitted uses include:

• ›Installing or publishing the deliverables on your own business website and digital properties
• ›Using the deliverables to improve your business's AI and search engine discoverability
• ›Sharing deliverables with your own employees or contractors working on your business's digital presence

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

• ›Resell, sublicense, repackage, or redistribute our deliverables, frameworks, or methodologies to third parties as your own work or as part of your own service offering
• ›Claim ownership of AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s proprietary frameworks, systems, or branded methodologies
• ›Use our deliverables for any business other than the one identified at purchase without purchasing an additional service engagement
• ›Use our deliverables in connection with any unlawful activity or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• ›Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying methodology of our proprietary systems for the purpose of replication or competition

4.3 Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your license to use the deliverables without refund, and may expose you to legal action for damages including but not limited to injunctive relief and compensation for lost revenue.

5. Scope of Service & Exclusions

Effective July 11, 2026

This section defines precisely what is and is not included in the AI Visibility Upgrade™ at the $497 USD price point.

5.1 What the Service Addresses

The AI Visibility Upgrade™ installs the components that AI platforms require to find, read, and index a business. This service transitions your business from missing these components to having them in place.

• ›AI Readability — AI crawlers require a structured, machine-readable summary of your business to index it. Without this, your business cannot be read by AI systems at the foundational level.
• ›Business Understanding — AI platforms require structured data identifying who you are, what you do, and where you operate. Without this, AI platforms cannot accurately represent your business when asked about it.
• ›First Impression — AI systems assess your business through metadata and page-level signals. Without proper configuration, AI platforms receive an incomplete or unclear picture of your business.
• ›Content Clarity — AI platforms extract and cite content from businesses they can read. Without the right content structure, your business cannot be cited or referenced in AI responses.

AIBIZBUILD Inc. does not guarantee how any third-party AI platform will respond to, index, or use those components after installation.

5.2 What Is Included

• ›AI visibility diagnostic scan of your business's current digital presence
• ›Business identity structured data (JSON-LD schema) tailored to your business
• ›AI-readable metadata configuration (meta tags, title tags, OG tags)
• ›AI crawler instructions file (llms.txt) for your domain
• ›Structured FAQ data (FAQ schema markup) optimized for AI recommendation triggers
• ›Search crawler access configuration (robots.txt) review and optimization
• ›Geo-targeted content brief for local AI visibility
• ›Installation: direct installation performed for WordPress and static HTML sites; guided installation instructions provided for Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify due to platform restrictions
• ›One round of revisions if deliverables contain factual errors about your business (see Section 5.5)

5.3 What Is NOT Included

• ›Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or updates after delivery
• ›Search engine optimization (SEO) — Google organic ranking work
• ›Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• ›Social media management or content creation
• ›Website design, development, or redesign (available as a separate engagement — contact us for details)
• ›Phone or video call support beyond the intake process
• ›Guaranteed placement or citation in any AI platform's responses
• ›Results within any specified timeframe — AI visibility improvements take time
• ›Any service not explicitly listed in Section 5.2 above

5.4 Platform Compatibility

AIBIZBUILD Inc. will make best efforts to deliver applicable files across your existing platform. Where platform restrictions prevent full direct installation, we will document the limitation and provide step-by-step manual installation instructions. No refund will be issued solely due to platform restrictions unless we are unable to deliver any component of the service whatsoever.

5.5 Revision Process

You are entitled to one round of revisions if the delivered files contain factual errors about your business (e.g., incorrect business name, address, phone number, or service description). To request a revision:

• ›Email support@aibizbuild.com — Subject: REVISION REQUEST - [Your Business Name] - [Order Date]
• ›Specify the exact factual error(s) and the correct information
• ›Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery confirmation
• ›AIBIZBUILD Inc. will respond within 3 business days of receiving a valid revision request

Revision requests are limited to factual corrections only. Disagreement with AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s optimization approach does not constitute a factual error and does not qualify for revision or refund.

5.6 Credential Handling & Installation Security

Where direct installation requires access to your website's administration panel, the following practices govern how your credentials are handled:

• ›We request Editor-level access only — we never request or use full administrative privileges
• ›We screen-record the entire installation process as proof of work and to provide you with a complete record of every action taken on your site
• ›Your credentials are transmitted securely via encrypted form submission and are permanently deleted from our systems upon installation completion
• ›You may revoke our access at any moment during or after installation
• ›If you prefer to have the installation conducted via a live call, you may request this in the notes field of the intake form

These practices are binding commitments made by AIBIZBUILD Inc. and form part of this agreement.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution Policy

Effective July 11, 2026

6.1 Required Pre-Dispute Contact

Before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or third-party complaint with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor, you are required to contact AIBIZBUILD Inc. directly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Contact must be made via email to support@aibizbuild.com with the subject line: DISPUTE - [Your Business Name] - [Order Date].

AIBIZBUILD Inc. will respond within 2 business days. If AIBIZBUILD Inc. fails to respond within 5 business days of your initial contact, you may escalate through your payment provider.

6.2 Chargeback Acknowledgment

• ›All sales are final as set out in Section 1.4 — no refunds will be issued once purchase is complete
• ›Any chargeback filed after purchase constitutes a breach of these Terms
• ›AIBIZBUILD Inc. reserves the right to contest any chargeback by submitting evidence of service delivery, these Terms, and your timestamped checkout acceptance
• ›Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in referral to collections and/or legal action

6.3 Dispute Resolution Process

• ›Step 1: Written notice to support@aibizbuild.com — AIBIZBUILD Inc. will respond within 2 business days; escalation permitted if no response within 5 business days
• ›Step 2: Good faith negotiation between both parties for up to 14 days
• ›Step 3: If unresolved, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Ontario, Canada, as specified in Section 1.8

Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution before pursuing formal legal action.

6.4 Evidence of Delivery

AIBIZBUILD Inc. maintains records of all service delivery including timestamps of diagnostic scans, deliverable files sent, installation screen recordings, and confirmation emails. These records will be provided to payment processors in the event of a chargeback dispute.

7. Force Majeure

Effective July 11, 2026

7.1 Definition

A "Force Majeure Event" means any extraordinary event beyond AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s reasonable control that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase and that prevents delivery of the service. This includes but is not limited to:

• ›Permanent discontinuation or complete shutdown of a major AI platform relied upon for service delivery
• ›Government regulations or legal orders that prohibit or materially prevent the delivery of digital optimization services
• ›Internet or infrastructure outages of national or regional scale beyond our control
• ›Natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God
• ›Third-party platform bans or suspensions specifically targeting AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s ability to deliver

For clarity: routine updates to AI platform algorithms, ranking logic, training data, or recommendation signals are a known and expected condition of AI-powered services (see Section 1.7) and do not constitute a Force Majeure Event.

7.2 Effect of Force Majeure

• ›AIBIZBUILD Inc. will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable
• ›AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event
• ›If the Force Majeure Event renders delivery permanently impossible, AIBIZBUILD Inc. may issue a refund for any undelivered portion of the service at its sole discretion. This is the only circumstance under which a refund may be considered, and constitutes the sole exception to the no-refund policy in Section 1.4.
• ›AIBIZBUILD Inc. will not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from a Force Majeure Event

7.3 Post-Delivery Platform Changes

You expressly acknowledge that AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and others) update their algorithms, training data, recommendation logic, and indexing behavior regularly and without notice. These are routine, foreseeable changes and do not constitute Force Majeure Events. AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s one-time service obligation is fulfilled upon delivery of the specified deliverables. Any changes to platform behaviour occurring after delivery is complete are outside AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s control and responsibility.

8. Checkout Acceptance

Effective July 11, 2026

The following acceptance is presented at checkout. Purchase cannot be completed unless it is accepted.

I confirm I am 18 years of age or older. I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, Service Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Scope of Service of AIBIZBUILD Inc. I understand that: (1) all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once purchase is complete; (2) the service does not include ongoing updates, SEO, advertising, or website development; (3) AIBIZBUILD Inc. is not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, or Perplexity; and (4) no specific AI ranking, citation, or recommendation outcome is guaranteed. I agree to contact AIBIZBUILD Inc. directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

8.1 Post-Purchase Confirmation

By completing your purchase of the AI Visibility Upgrade™, you agreed to AIBIZBUILD Inc.'s full Legal & Terms Package, including Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, Scope of Service, Chargeback Policy, and Privacy Policy — available at aibizbuild.com/legal. 9. Retainer Terms

Effective July 11, 2026

This section governs the optional ongoing retainer service offered by AIBIZBUILD Inc. following purchase of the AI Visibility Upgrade™. The retainer is separate from the one-time upgrade and is subject to its own terms set out below.

9.1 Retainer Service Description

The monthly retainer is an ongoing service designed to maintain and improve your AI visibility as the AI search landscape evolves. The retainer includes:

• ›Monthly re-scan and AI visibility score report
• ›llms.txt updates for new pages or services added to your website
• ›Competitor AI visibility monitoring
• ›AI engine crawl rule updates (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and others)
• ›Monthly one-page performance report delivered to your inbox
• ›Schema and meta tag refresh as your content evolves

9.2 Retainer Pricing

• ›Monthly plan: $97 USD per month, billed automatically each month via Stripe
• ›Six-month prepay plan: $485 USD upfront (equivalent to 6 months for the price of 5)

9.3 Auto-Renewal & Billing

The monthly retainer plan ($97/month) is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize AIBIZBUILD Inc. to charge your payment method on file automatically each month on the same date as your initial subscription date, until you cancel.

You will receive a Stripe receipt for each recurring charge to the email address on file. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method on file.

9.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by emailing support@aibizbuild.com with the subject line: CANCEL RETAINER - [Your Business Name]. Cancellation requests received at least 5 business days before your next billing date will take effect before that charge is processed. Cancellation requests received less than 5 business days before your next billing date may result in one final charge, after which no further charges will occur.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already charged.

9.5 No Refunds on Retainer Charges

All retainer charges are final and non-refundable, including the six-month prepay plan. If you cancel a six-month prepay plan before the six months are complete, you retain access to the service for the remainder of the prepaid period but no refund will be issued for unused months.

9.6 Retainer Scope & Exclusions

The retainer covers ongoing maintenance and optimization of the deliverables originally installed under the AI Visibility Upgrade™. It does not include:

• ›New website builds or redesigns
• ›Paid advertising management
• ›Social media management
• ›Services not explicitly listed in Section 9.1 above

9.7 Retainer Termination by AIBIZBUILD Inc.

AIBIZBUILD Inc. reserves the right to terminate a retainer subscription immediately and without refund if the subscriber violates the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 4), initiates a fraudulent chargeback, or uses the service for any unlawful purpose. Written notice of termination will be provided to the subscriber's email address on file.
