Who this policy covers

AIBIZBUILD Inc. is responsible for the inquiry information we receive when you ask about AIBB Connect. This policy covers our Connect inquiry forms on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and related email conversations with us.

Submitting an inquiry does not make a purchase, start a subscription or book an appointment. This policy does not govern calls or messages that a client business processes using Connect. Those services need their own business-specific notices and setup before activation.

Information we receive

We receive the details you choose to submit: your name, email address, business name, business type and the help you are looking for. We also receive the submission date, form or ad reference and the source platform where supplied. Platforms may prefill profile details; review them before submitting.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. Our initial inquiry forms do not require a phone number, payment information, passwords or customer records. Please do not include health information, account credentials or other sensitive details.

What we do with your information

We use your details to answer your request, explain relevant packages, understand whether we can help your business and arrange a conversation if you ask for one. We keep a record of the inquiry and our response, handle privacy requests and assess which ads produce relevant business inquiries.

Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize promotional SMS or automated calls. Any additional marketing use requires a separate permission basis. You can ask us to stop following up on your inquiry at any time.

We do not sell or rent your inquiry information. We do not use these inquiry details to create advertising audiences or to train our own general-purpose AI model.

Who can receive it and where it is handled

The platform hosting the form—Meta for Facebook and Instagram, or LinkedIn—collects the submission and makes it available to AIBizBuild. Its handling of your platform account, cookies and advertising activity is also governed by its own privacy policy.

Authorized AIBizBuild personnel can review and download inquiries. Email and business file-storage providers may process the details needed to help us answer and manage your request. Access is limited to people who need the information for that work. We may disclose information where required by law or to address fraud or a security incident.

Information may be stored or accessed outside Canada, including in the United States and Mexico, depending on the platform, provider and personnel involved. It may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those countries. Contact us if you would like information about the providers handling your inquiry.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing discussion and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove information that identifies you. If you become a client, service records are handled under the applicable service notices and retention requirements.

We use access controls and reasonable safeguards for inquiry records. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Removal from our working records does not instantly erase email copies, backups or information independently retained by Meta or LinkedIn under their policies. We can explain any applicable retention limitation when responding to a request.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request access or correction, request deletion, withdraw permission for further follow-up or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing a record. We will explain any legal or recordkeeping reason that limits a request and respond within the period required by applicable law.

If you prefer not to use a social-platform form, you can email us directly. To limit what we receive, send only the business details needed for your question. You may also raise an unresolved concern with the applicable privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This privacy page does not contain an inquiry form, advertising pixel or analytics tag. Our website hosting provider may process basic technical request information to serve and secure the page. Meta and LinkedIn manage cookies and tracking within their own services.

This Connect inquiry policy applies to the inquiry uses described here; purchasing another service is not required to submit a Connect inquiry.
